This policy applies to all information collected or submitted on through the Unstuck app for iPhone and any other devices and platforms.

Information we collect

The Unstuck app does not have accounts and operates anonymously on your device without the use of email addresses or passwords.

We may collect anonymous statistics about application downloads through Apple.

Technical basics

Unstuck does not collect data from your device. Unstuck operates locally on your device without needing to communicate with Unstuck.

iCloud

Unstuck does not currently use Apple’s iCloud service, but may eventually add in features that would enable storage of device preferences to improve user experience. This privacy policy will be updated if those features are added.

Information usage

We do not collect or share personal information with outside parties except. We may share anonymous, aggregate statistics with outside parties, such as how many people download the application.

We will follow all applicable laws, including responding to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal requirements. We may also need to to exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud or abuse, violations of our policies; or to protect our rights and property. The anonymous, aggregate information we collect through Apple may be shared in those circumstances.

Accessing, changing, or deleting information

Unstuck does not collect user information, so there is no information to access, change or delete from the app.

Third-party links and content

Unstuck does not display or link to content from third-party feeds, sites, or servers.

California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We comply with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our app is structured to attract anyone under 13.

Information for European Union Customers

No user information is collected through Unstuck, therefore we are not collecting, using, and storing your information outside of the European Union.
